Where are we supposed to send the two printed copies? I believe we used to take them to Lincoln Trail in previous years? I have mine ready but want to send it to the right place after all that work!

Also, are we supposed to do an Annual Survery?

I know LLSAP funding is just one part of everything that needs to be decided upon for the new system. I think, however, that this is the wrong way to set out on our new "joint" venture.
Are we going to be equal partners, or are some going to be more equal than others?
If these numbers are not the final one, then why not make the percentage numbers the same or simply say that the transitional board was unable to develope a uniform formula before July 1,2011.

My comment is on the funding and I would like to see a more equitable funding for the new system. Lewis and Clark will be bearing a greater burden and I hope the interim board can resolve this issue.
I have to work till six tonight so I cannot be in Effingham. So I hope you can resolve this issue amicably.

Hello,

I have to agree with the other two librarians' posts regarding funding for the LLSAPS. If we are to be one organization, then monetary obligations for funding the LLSAPS needs to be shared equally. By having different formulas for each "former" library system's LLSAP, we are not moving forward with everyone as a equal partner. The committees have provided great leadership to this point and have attempted to see all points of view. I have high hopes that the new Board will continue with the same philosophies. But, by having different formulas for supporting the LLSAPS, it will not be possible for all entities to feel they are being treated in a fair manner.
